Hôtel Derby Eiffel

Good location. Clean. Cleaning lady was nice. And one reception gentleman helped me with the problem I encountered, helpful.

When we arrived, the gentleman was very polite and informative on check in.

It was the first time I had been to Paris, and we were celebrating my wife's birthday there. We had been searching for a good hotel long before the trip, and our choice was the best offer at that price and under those conditions. Due to our special occasion, the hotel management upgraded our room to a premium room on the top floor with an excellent view. 1. Responsive and friendly staff (well speaking in English) at the reception and in the cafe for breakfast. 2. Cleanliness in the room (cleaning was in every day). 3. Breakfasts (there were no warm dishes, but many appetisers and pastries, coffee, tea, milk, ham, chicken sausages and french cheeses). 4. City view of the Military Academy building and the Eiffel tower are amazing, there was a tiny balcony. 5. Location-close to the Champ de Mars and Eiffel Tour, metro (Line 8 - Ecole Militaire station), supermarkets, restaurants and bar. 6. The room had a very comfortable and soft bed, an extra sofa for guests, comfortable temperature, mini-refrigerator and large closets for clothes and shoes.

The location is excellent-15 min walking from Eiffel Tour,Metro station at 2 min,bus station in front of hotel. Plenty of restaurants and 2 min to Carrefour.The room was clean, cozy, comfortable bed and pillows and you could see Eiffel Tour from the balcony.The gentlemen from the reception was very helpful on our arrival and helped us efficiently.
